Security Consultant (UAE National)

The company, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Security Consultant (UAE National) who will be responsible for the proper handling of support requests from the company’s customers. The consultant will manage requests via email and calls, following the company's support workflow, which includes internal and external escalation, and continuous communication with customers regarding tickets and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing ticket checks continuously.
• Maintaining the ticket system and updating it daily.
• Coordinating RMA cases and interacting with vendor support organizations.
• Conducting regular health checks and supporting the internal IT infrastructure.
• Providing 24x7 support and being available as a Resident Engineer on-site when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments.
• Experience and certifications in CyberArk, Cisco ESA, F5, Symantec/Broadcom, PaloAlto, Infoblox, Proofpoint, Fortinet, and IXIA solutions are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage enterprise support activities.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking in large-scale organizations.
