Position

We are looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant (UAE National) who will be responsible for the proper and accurate handling of support requests of the company’s customers. This role involves receiving requests via email and calls, managing those according to the company’s support workflow, and ensuring timely communication with customers regarding tickets and projects. The engineer may also be required to work as a resident engineer at the customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ticket checks continuously and apply escalation matrix activities accurately.
  • Keep the ticket system updated on a daily basis.
  • Be flexible to work after office hours on critical incidents.
  • Coordinate RMA cases and interact with vendor support organizations and engineers.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding support-related issues.
  • Operate and support the internal IT infrastructure, conduct regular health checks, and document the infrastructure.
  • Provide 24x7 support and, based on job requirements, work as a resident engineer on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment.
  • Experience with industry-leading vendor solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Cisco ESA, F5, Symantec/Broadcom, PaloAlto, Infoblox, Proofpoint, Fortinet, IXIA) is an advantage.
  • Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills in enterprise support and understanding of information security concepts.
  • Strong background in TCP/IP networking within large-scale organizations.
  • Flexible work approach and ability to set new goals.
  • Exceptional communication and customer handling skills.
