Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant who will primarily focus on post-sales activities, including the implementation, integration, and optimization of network and cybersecurity solutions. The consultant may also be involved in pre-sales support, such as solution scoping, Statement of Work (SoW) development, and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs). This role demands strong technical skills, customer engagement, and a commitment to high-quality delivery, aligned with customer satisfaction and strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy targeted security solutions and take joint ownership with the pre-sales team in building project SoWs and delivering PoCs.
- Lead projects delivering architectural-level requirements and supervise activities related to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Execute technical security projects for clients and act as a subject matter expert for information security services.
- Interact and communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
- Design security architectures and research innovative solutions for client needs.
- Deliver successful proofs of concept and maintain a healthy project status.
- Handle customer demands and requests while providing support for other team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Network and Cybersecurity consulting.
- Advanced knowledge in the deployment and integration of Fortinet technologies: FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiNAC, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
- Solid foundation in TCP/IP networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network architecture.
- Experience with other Fortinet cybersecurity solutions, Palo Alto, and F5 is an advantage.
- Experience in IT consulting, implementation, and integration projects, as well as Cisco switching and wireless environments.
- Proven experience in both vendor and large-scale customer environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with outstanding customer handling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and business users.
- Self-motivated with a proactive work approach and strong organizational skills.
