The company is seeking an exceptionally talented Security Director to join their team. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of all security and safety activities supporting logistics operations for a delivery partner structure. You will leverage a minimum of 20 years of international experience in security, safety, and administration to protect people, assets, and facilities. This position requires deep expertise in security risk management within urban environments, complex operational settings, and comprehensive administrative oversight. You will work closely with internal leadership, stakeholders, architects, planners, and government authorities to effectively integrate security into operations and designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics security and safety strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead strategic planning for security, safety, and administration, integrating risk management and transportation logistics.
- Establish and refine security and safety frameworks, policies, and procedures across all operations.
- Conduct security risk assessments focusing on urban and complex environments.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to embed security solutions into new developments and systems.
- Manage physical security programs, including access control and incident management platforms.
- Develop secure route plans and transport security protocols, including risk mapping.
- Establish emergency response and crisis management plans.
- Serve as the primary liaison for safety and security with stakeholders and government bodies.
- Oversee administrative functions related to safety and security, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in security, safety, and administration across multinational environments.
- Proven success in senior-level roles within complex organizations.
- Significant experience managing large-scale operations in engineering or construction environments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
