The consultant will support the complete customer engagement lifecycle, including presales support, technical workshops, demonstrations, solution implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and post-sales services.

This role will provide exposure to a diverse range of cybersecurity technologies, including Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Encryption, PKI, Key Management, Cloud Security, Security Operations, and enterprise security solutions. The consultant will work closely with senior consultants on customer engagements while gradually building the technical and consulting skills required to independently manage cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer engagement lifecycle in presales, implementation, and post-sales.
- Conduct technical workshops and demonstrations for clients.
- Integrate and troubleshoot cybersecurity solutions.
- Work alongside senior consultants to enhance technical knowledge and consulting capabilities.
- Manage and implement various cybersecurity technologies and practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure.
- Exposure to enterprise security technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Security (HSM, PKI, KMS, CLM).
- Experience supporting implementation, integration, or operational activities.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- A strong desire to develop into a cybersecurity consultant or solution architect.
