About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IAM and IGA professional to drive customer engagements across the entire solution lifecycle, including presales, solution consulting, implementation oversight, and post-sales support. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Identity Governance, Access Management, and Digital Identity solutions while contributing to the growth of the organization's IAM delivery and implementation capabilities.
The role requires strong customer-facing skills, the ability to lead technical workshops, develop solution architectures, support proposals and RFP responses, and guide implementation teams through complex identity projects. In addition to project execution, the candidate will be responsible for building technical expertise within the team, particularly around IGA deployments, application onboarding, connector development, and identity integration best practices.

Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagements across the entire solution lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Identity Governance, Access Management, and Digital Identity solutions.
- Lead technical workshops and develop solution architectures.

- Guide implementation teams through complex identity projects.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or Identity Governance.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA implementation experience.
- Experience in presales, implementation, and post-sales consulting roles.
- Experience leading enterprise IAM or IGA transformation projects.
- Experience onboarding applications and developing/customizing connectors.
