About the Job: The company is looking for a Security Engineer (DE & Integration). This role involves the creation of procedures, implementation of process development, onboarding customers to Managed Security Services (MSS), and maintenance of threat content across internal and client environments. The Engineer will collaborate closely with Management, the Content Team, other Security Engineers, and clients to deliver critical services to existing MSS clients. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and focuses on enhancing detection content for the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC). Ideal candidates should possess curiosity, creativity, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail, combined with organizational skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include: - Managing and onboarding Azure M365 Suite and Microsoft Cloud Security solutions. - Deploying and managing SIEM Infrastructure (Splunk & Sentinel) and Cribl Infrastructure. - Integrating various data sources into SIEM. - Implementing and maintaining detection capabilities across SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms. - Leveraging the MITRE ATT&CK framework and monitoring the threat landscape for new content development. - Documenting and communicating detection capabilities and gaps. Qualifications & Skills: - College degree or equivalent training; experience in a Security Operations Center or Managed Security is preferred. - Minimum of 6 years professional experience supporting and maintaining threat content, particularly with the SPLUNK SIEM System. - Relevant Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500). - Splunk certifications (Certified Architect/Admin). - Advanced security certifications (GIAC - GCDA, GCIA, GCIH). - Experience with SIEM and networks architecture; familiarity with various EDR and security products. - Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems. - Shift flexibility, including availability for after-hours support.
