Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of Fortinet/CyberArk devices.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP modules, including LTM (Local Traffic Manager), GTM (Global Traffic Manager), and ASM (Application Security Manager).
- Implement advanced traffic management and load balancing techniques to optimize application performance and availability.
- Develop and enforce F5 security policies, SSL offloading, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to protect against threats.
- Conduct regular health checks, updates, and patching for F5 devices to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
- Monitor and manage the solution to detect and identify cybersecurity incidents.
- Provide comprehensive environment monitoring services.
- Review and implement attack surface management, security incident response processes, and procedures to mitigate and remediate threats.
- Continuously assess and implement security concepts, latest threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with SLA levels and manage services including Fortinet Firewalls and CyberArk platform.
- Provide technical support to customer IT teams for firewalls and support security audits of Fortinet firewalls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with F5 products (LTM, GTM, ASM).
- Strong experience in Fortinet technologies, with a focus on firewall management.
- Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CyberArk Certified Defender, or similar certifications are preferred.
