Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Security Engineer - Illumio Core to play a critical role in administering and managing IT security technology. This position involves responsibilities such as security updates, patches, investigation and resolution for managed devices, ticketing, configuration backup, availability monitoring, vendor coordination, and interaction with end-users and security administrators. Additionally, you will be involved in service reporting, patch/software upgrades, and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Administration and management of IT Security technology.
- Conduct security updates, patches, investigation, and resolution for managed devices.
- Manage ticketing and follow up with various stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Perform configuration backup and restoration.
- Monitor availability and performance.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly service reports as applicable.
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve problems.
- Implement patch/software upgrades.
- Interact with end users, other security administrators, and managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and administering security solutions in a large enterprise.
- Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment.
- Certification on related technologies.
- Proficient in using troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, HTTP Watch, SSL Dump.
- Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
- Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
- Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.

- Superior communication and training skills.
- Outstanding customer handling abilities, being friendly and goal-oriented.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
