Security Guard

About the Role
A client in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a vigilant Security Guard to protect its premises, assets, employees, and visitors. The role involves regular patrols, monitoring access points, identifying security risks, and responding to incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct routine checks of buildings, equipment, entrances, and access points.
• Monitor security systems and report any faults or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate daily security and incident logs.
• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security breaches to management.
• Assist employees and visitors while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Follow established security procedures and attend required training.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a security guard, watchman, or similar role preferred.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of security procedures and systems.
• Calm and effective approach to emergencies.
