Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Security Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The Security Manager will lead the site security program, providing direction and guidance to ensure effective security operations on a medium to large complex project. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the security program for the project site, ensuring all protocols meet Bechtel and client standards.
- Develop security concepts and manage post orders and procedures according to established security protocols.
- Establish strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to enhance project security measures.
- Conduct audits to evaluate jobsite security effectiveness and oversee special investigations as required.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-departmental teams on security-related matters.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of experience without a degree.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with security regulations and policies, particularly HICS and Bechtel security standards.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource planning for security operations.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead teams.
- Technical proficiency in security measures and data management tools.
- Fluent in English (reading and writing) is required (C1 level).
- Basic proficiency in another language related to the project location is an advantage.
