Responsibilities and Challenges:

  • Shape the future of our SOC by establishing and executing a comprehensive SOC strategy that identifies, prevents, detects, and responds to complex cyber threats.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain talented SOC engineers and security analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve security incident management processes to minimize impacts on the business and its customers.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of work experience, with over 5 years in SOC management.
  • Proven track record in leading Security Operations Centers and effective incident response.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity operations and SOC workflows.
  • Technical proficiency in SIEM tools (such as Splunk, ArcSight, DataDog, or QRadar) and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on cybersecurity trends.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills are a plus.

What's Good to Have:

  • Work experience in development and scripting, system administration, security automation, network/cloud security, or as a security researcher.
