Responsibilities:

Shape a comprehensive SOC strategy to identify, prevent, detect, and respond to complex cyber threats.
Recruit, mentor, and retain a talented team of SOC engineers and security analysts.
Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence feeds.
Design and improve security incident management processes and procedures.

Requirements:

13+ years of work experience, with over 5 years in SOC management.
Proven track record in leading and managing Security Operations Centers.
Strong understanding of SOC workflows, including incident detection and response.
Expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, DataDog, or QRadar).
Calm under pressure with strong leadership and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are highly desirable.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with trends and technologies.
