    Global Security Organization (GSO): Plays a crucial role in fulfilling Snap's "Duty of Care" to employees, guests, and customers, embodying values of being Kind, Smart, and Creative. The GSO is essential in creating a safe and secure environment.

  • Role: Security Operations Manager for the APAC & MENA region.

    • Responsibilities:
      • Reporting to the Regional Security Manager.
      • Leading all aspects of Global Security functions in the region.
      • Serving as the primary contact for security matters.
      • Collaborating with the Global Security management team and other managers to promote a secure workplace.
      • Coordinating with leadership and departments like HR, Finance, IT, and Legal.
      • Managing security vendor contracts and event security.
      • Conducting security training.
      • Developing security plans and procedures for new projects.
      • Producing reports and metrics.
      • Establishing relationships with local emergency and law enforcement services.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
    • Knowledgeable in security technologies such as cameras, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
    • Flexibility in work schedules, including availability during holidays, nights, and weekends.
    • Basic experience with computer technologies.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school degree or GED, or equivalent experience.
    • 6+ years in military, law enforcement, or security in the public/private sector.
    • Vendor management experience.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 10 kgs and stay on foot for extended periods.
    • Current CPR and Basic First Aid certifications.
    • Relevant local security certifications.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service.
    • Language proficiency in Arabic and other regional languages.
