About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and following all operational security procedures within the hotel. A core part of your role will be managing and overseeing the security of all contractors, suppliers, or vendors that work on the property. You will ensure that all guests, staff, and vendors receive courteous and professional service, contributing to a harmonious environment. Daily communication with hotel senior management regarding security matters will be essential, as well as protecting all guest and staff areas of the hotel from unauthorized access or intruders.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement operational security procedures within the hotel.
- Manage and oversee the security of contractors, suppliers, and vendors working on property.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
- Keep senior management informed about all security aspects on a daily basis.
- Protect guest and staff areas from unauthorized access or intruders.
- Handle incidents and emergencies sensitively and professionally, especially in emotionally charged situations involving theft allegations.
- Conduct thorough inquiries and follow-up activities for all security-related incidents as directed by the Security Manager.
- Carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms, and places of work as directed by hotel management, with a Human Resources Executive present.
- Attend regular training sessions for security personnel.
- Attend daily briefings and maintain presence in the area of assignment, ensuring you have the required information and equipment to perform your job.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Understanding of legal regulations regarding security matters.
- Good observational and problem-solving skills.

Contract & Travel Details
