Key Responsibilities
- Follow and implement all operational security procedures within the hotel.
- Oversee management and security of all contractors, suppliers, or vendors working on property.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
- Keep security and hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.
- Protect all guest and staff areas of the hotel from unauthorized access or intruders.
Incident/Emergency Handling
- Handle incidents and emergencies with sensitivity, particularly in emotionally charged situations such as allegations of theft.
- Conduct full inquiries and follow-up activities for all security-related incidents as required by the Security Manager.
- Perform formal searches on employees, locker rooms, and places of work as directed by hotel management, ensuring the presence of a Human Resources Executive as a witness. All individuals involved are to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
- Attend all regular training for security personnel.
- Participate in daily briefings and maintain duties in the area of assignment, ensuring you have the necessary information and equipment to perform your job.
