Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Palo Alto Firewall and SASE.
- Participate in a 24/7 team working on rotational shifts.
- Administer the organization's security tools to gather security logs.
- Handle lifecycle management of supported security tools and technologies.
- Conduct security incident handling and response covering multiple vectors including Endpoint Protection and Enterprise Detection tools.
- Document best practices and opportunities for automation to assist the incident response team.
- Investigate and resolve incidents while maintaining detailed records of actions taken.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Extensive knowledge in implementing and monitoring security tools/technologies and security architecture.
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant Networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, etc.) preferred.
- Security certifications (AZ-500, Security+, CISSP, etc.) are advantageous.
Required Experience:
- Experience with security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy).
- Technical support experience and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with SOC and CSIRT operations.
- Knowledge of networking, Linux, and security concepts.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written communication in English.
