The SPM will ensure compliance with physical security standards, manage physical security projects, and act as a Subject Matter Expert in all facets of Physical Security. Success will be measured by the effective development, implementation, and commissioning of standardized security infrastructure systems, focusing on customer service quality, access control effectiveness, and data protection.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be a GCC national
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in driving process improvements
