The SPM is a key member of the APMEA Security team, supervising the compliance of physical security standards, managing physical security projects, and serving on cross-functional teams. Success will be measured by their contribution to the development, implementation, and commissioning of standardized security infrastructure systems. Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects.
- Coordinating security system design specifications and change management between internal teams and external vendors.
- Securing compliance of physical security project standards, scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and change outs.
- Supporting security system equipment commissioning, completing final tests and acceptance of security systems.
- Building and deploying training programs for all users of physical security systems.
Candidates should possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively. The role requires collaboration with various teams within AWS to maintain high safety and security standards for our infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Must be GCC national
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
