The Security Solutions Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert primarily responsible for consulting with clients and working with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs, and the architectural vision for complex solutions that address clients’ needs. This role provides multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within different industry sectors to evaluate, define, and recommend solutions related to cybersecurity domains.
• Leverage knowledge of security standards, laws, regulations, frameworks, and good practices to support security outcomes.
• Identify and develop security requirements, both functional and non-functional.
• Define and manage demos and proof of concept, as well as solution specifications for network security and infrastructure security.
• Support complex bid responses, partnership models, and detailed pricing models.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products and technology positioning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Acts as a single point of contact for the sales team for new requirements in cybersecurity.
• Independently determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Comfortable overseeing security architecture discussions with clients regarding cybersecurity operations and incident response.
• Broad knowledge of security solutions and technologies, with a focus on 'Secure by Design' and 'Zero Trust' principles.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Relevant professional security certifications.

Required Experience:

• More than 8 years of experience in Cyber Security with at least 4 years in technical solutions and presales.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; ability to present technical topics to small and medium audiences.
• Familiarity with UAE/Qatar markets and connections with cybersecurity vendors, particularly in Network Security.
• Technical knowledge of security technologies, including Firewalls, WAF, SASE, SIEM, MDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence, SOAR, etc.
• Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprints and responding to complex RFPs.
• Understanding of security trends, threat landscapes, and frameworks such as the cyber kill chain.
• Preferred experience in Security Architecture Design Principles, Cloud Security Projects, and Cloud Security Concepts.
