As a Security Supervisor at the company, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and colleagues while creating an enjoyable atmosphere. You will lead the security team, conduct regular patrols, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents effectively. Your mission is to keep the company a safe space to work, play, and have a good time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Security Squad: Supervise, guide, and motivate the security team to ensure roles are clear and everyone is prepared to maintain safety.
- Be Mama’s Eyes & Ears: Monitor the hotel premises, conduct regular patrols, and identify potential risks proactively.
- CCTV Commander: Oversee the functionality of CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems, responding swiftly to any suspicious activities.
- Ready for Anything: Remain calm in emergencies and respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and unexpected situations.
- Keep the Gang in the Know: Conduct shift briefings and debriefings to keep the team informed and aligned for upcoming shifts.
- Protect Mama’s House: Conduct regular inspections and enforce access control to maintain the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and property.
- Incident Investigator: Assist in investigations related to theft, damage, unauthorized access, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Emergency Expert: Support emergency drills, fire evacuations, crisis management, and response procedures, ensuring all team members know protocols.
- Team Up Across Mama: Collaborate with various departments to ensure safety remains a priority during daily operations and events.
- Connect with the Authorities: Professionally liaise with SIRA, local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant bodies when necessary.
- Keep the Tools Ready: Ensure that security equipment, including radios, CCTV, and alarms, are in optimal working condition.
- Own the Reports: Maintain accurate security logs and prepare detailed reports for management on incidents, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
