About the Location

What You Will Do
- Actively participate in day-to-day security operations to ensure safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.
- Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors entering or leaving the hotel through the staff entrance.
- Handle tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion, and efficiency.
- Record and control all visitors’ belongings when entering and leaving the hotel through the employee entrance or loading dock.
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing hotel floors and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel layout.
- Stay informed about current events, activities, and functions during duty hours and know daily hotel operations.
- Patrol areas of responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Assist in training related to resort emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as required.
- Oversee the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guards, ensuring performance aligns with expectations.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hotels and resorts, preferably in Dubai.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- SIRA Security License is a plus.
- Strong English language skills.
