The Security Systems Specialist is responsible for the technical delivery, maintenance, and optimization of physical security systems across the company branches, headquarters, and facilities throughout the UAE. This role provides end-to-end technical support for security system projects, including site surveys, contractor coordination, design review, installation, testing, and commissioning. The specialist ensures system performance, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, analytics monitoring, and continuous improvement of CCTV, access control, alarm, and VMS platforms, while supporting vendors, audits, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical security system projects across the company locations, from concept to completion.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments at project locations.
- Attend and coordinate on-site meetings with contractors and vendors.
- Liaise with internal teams for project coordination and technical issue resolution.
- Review and validate security system designs and ensure compliance with standards.
- Obtain necessary approvals from local authorities for new installations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure reliability of all security systems.
- Analyze security system performance and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and support implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- UAE Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security system role.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
- Proficiency in IP-based security systems, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to review technical drawings and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
