The role provides comprehensive technical support for security system projects, including site surveys, contractor coordination, design review, installation, testing, and commissioning. The specialist ensures system performance, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, analytics monitoring, and continuous improvement of CCTV, access control, alarm, and VMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical security system projects (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, VMS) from concept and design through execution and completion.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to validate scope and implementation readiness.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with security standards.
- Participate in design reviews and project coordination meetings to define and deliver security system requirements.
- Provide technical support during project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with ADMCC, SIRA, and other local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during project and maintenance activities.
- Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of all security systems and conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues.
- Analyze security system performance and prepare structured technical reports with recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security system role.
- Strong working knowledge of security systems and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Awareness of risk management, analytical thinking, and strong coordination skills are essential.
