The Security Systems Specialist is responsible for the technical delivery, maintenance, and optimization of physical security systems across the company branches, HQ, and facilities throughout the UAE. This role involves providing end-to-end technical support for security system projects, which includes site surveys, contractor coordination, design review, installation, testing, and commissioning. The Specialist ensures system performance, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, analytics monitoring, and continuous improvement of CCTV, access control, alarm, and VMS platforms, while supporting vendors, audits, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Systems Operations & Project Delivery:
- Manage physical security system projects (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, VMS) across the company locations from concept to completion.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to validate scope and readiness.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate security-related project activities and resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during project execution.

Security Systems Design & Technical Review:
- Review and validate security system layout drawings and technical designs.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications and regulatory requirements.

Authority & Regulatory Compliance:
- Prepare and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance documentation is secured before commissioning.

Vendor, Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams during projects.
- Review and approve vendor technical submittals.

Maintenance & Security Systems Performance Management:
- Coordinate maintenance activities for continuous system availability and reliability.
- Review maintenance reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Monitoring, Analytics & Technical Reporting:
- Analyze security system performance using monitoring tools.
- Prepare technical reports with recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.

Continuous Improvement, Optimization & Technology Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and technology upgrades.
- Contribute to improving cybersecurity alignment and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security system role.
- Technical knowledge of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ethical standards and problem-solving mindset.
