The Segment Solution and Technology Lead focuses on complex digital building applications within the Healthcare sector. Reporting to the Building Segment Solutions Director as part of the solutions specialist team, this role is essential for advancing digital transformation in healthcare environments by shaping solution architectures and driving innovation. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare customers on IT/OT convergence, energy efficiency, and the adoption of digital building technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Innovation & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Line of Business leaders to develop healthcare-specific solutions and architectures.
- Participate in strategic governance and ensure healthcare requirements influence product evolution.

Customer & Account Leadership:
- Establish and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
- Support major healthcare accounts in coordination with Account Managers and Segment Leaders.

Technical Leadership:
- Define end-to-end IT/OT architectures for healthcare facilities.
- Lead the creation of architectural deliverables and technical value propositions.

Workshop Facilitation:
- Facilitate workshops to address digital transformation and energy efficiency in healthcare settings.
- Translate customer challenges into actionable architectural proposals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective solution implementation.
- Strengthen relationships with engineering firms and consultants in healthcare projects.

Thought Leadership:
- Develop frameworks and best practices to scale Healthcare digital solutions globally.
- Partner with marketing to produce training materials and reference architectures.

Opportunity Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from opportunity qualification to proposal development.
Requirements:

Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in the Healthcare Segment, with practical experience deploying complex multi-site software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful standards, web APIs, and building protocols; understanding of network design.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to create connections quickly within organizations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences) is a plus.

Language:
- Fluent in spoken and written English; any additional language is a plus.

Other Skills:
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, alongside strong presentation abilities.
