Position

Virtusa is seeking a Siebel CRM Developer. The ideal candidate should possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. The role requires over 5 years of experience in the configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning of Siebel CRM, alongside hands-on experience with Siebel IP17 and IP19.x, as well as performance tuning.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:
- Experience with operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
- Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices.
- Hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, including UI Layer, BO Layer, and Data Object Layer.
- Expertise in workflow and eScript.
- Experience configuring inbound and outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Siebel Open UI, including PM and PR.
- Experience in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution.
- Knowledge of server management tasks.
- Familiarity with Siebel Marketing Campaigns and Lead Management and Service Request modules.
- Java experience is desired.
Functional Skills:
- Familiarity with banking, particularly in campaign management.
- Experience in retail and corporate domains.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Self-motivated and able to drive tasks independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management.
