Seibel CRM Developer

Virtusa is seeking a Siebel CRM Developer. The ideal candidate should possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. The role requires over 5 years of experience in the configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning of Siebel CRM, alongside hands-on experience with Siebel IP17 and IP19.x, as well as performance tuning.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Experience with operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
  • Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, including UI Layer, BO Layer, and Data Object Layer.
  • Expertise in workflow and eScript.
  • Experience configuring inbound and outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Siebel Open UI, including PM and PR.
  • Experience in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution.
  • Knowledge of server management tasks.
  • Familiarity with Siebel Marketing Campaigns and Lead Management and Service Request modules.
  • Java experience is desired.

• Functional Skills:

  • Familiarity with banking, particularly in campaign management.
  • Experience in retail and corporate domains.

• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated and able to drive tasks independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management.
