Seller Engagement Manager

The company's Seller Services team is looking for a smart, customer-centric, and result-oriented leader to manage the marketing strategies, help selling partners grow their businesses, and improve seller and customer experience in the MENATR region. The Seller Engagement Manager’s main responsibility is to own seller communication plans to increase sellers’ success through innovative marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels, such as email marketing, events, online advertising, and webinars. This role is focused on seller engagement, analyzing and reporting results, and supporting business teams in execution. The candidate will own reporting of key content and metrics to the leadership team, partner with central marketing teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing communication strategies to drive business growth and seller success
• Growing seller acquisition through executing the communication strategy
• Developing and optimizing a comprehensive communication strategy through email marketing, WhatsApp, Seller App, Seller Central, and YouTube channels using data-driven decisions
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, drive experiments, and improve performance-level metrics
• Creating educational documents to improve seller engagement
• Analyzing and improving business results, reporting to senior management, and communicating closely with various internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of tools, processes, and best practices
• Sharing learnings with global counterparts (MENA, EU, LATAM, and Asia teams) to drive best practices and identify new opportunities

• Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical skills to report results and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience in managing marketing strategies and campaigns
