We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Art Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in one or more of the following 3D art sub-disciplines: environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more. Experience in shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D art assets.
- Specialize in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Understand and apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
- Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
- Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work.
- Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
- Proficiency in 3D art and design software (e.g., Maya, 3DS Max, Blender).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
