Senior 3D Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Art Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, and tech art. Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D art assets.
• Specialize in one or more 3D art sub-disciplines, including environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
• Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
• Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work.
• Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
• Proficiency in 3D art and design software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
