We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. This includes conducting technical discovery sessions to gather detailed business and technical requirements, architecting comprehensive cloud solutions that meet customer needs, and presenting and demonstrating Oracle cloud solutions to showcase our offerings. You will also create and deliver technical proposals, stay updated on the latest cloud technologies, provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, and analyze industry trends to deliver strategic insights.

Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and develop architectures.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers and solution code.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on cloud solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technology and industry, particularly with public cloud platforms.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a related customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about business and technical challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
