Senior Account Cloud Engineer - KSA Market

We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting technical discovery sessions, architecting comprehensive cloud solutions, and presenting Oracle cloud solutions to clients. The position requires staying updated on the latest cloud technologies and providing technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot projects. The candidate will also analyze industry trends to deliver strategic insights and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers implement enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.

This position requires an individual contributor with 6 to 10+ years of experience in technology and a proven background in cloud solutions. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, and excellent communication abilities. The role involves collaboration across various teams and direct engagement with customers to ensure the successful deployment of cloud solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience with public cloud platforms
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focusing on enterprise cloud solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications
• Strong familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles
• Experience with Open source, Cloud native and Oracle technologies
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
