We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor. In this role, you will build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention by collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting technical discovery sessions, architecting comprehensive cloud solutions, and presenting Oracle cloud offerings to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather requirements.
- Architect solutions that meet customer needs and align with best practices.
- Present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions.
- Create and deliver technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proofs of concept (POCs).
- Analyze industry trends and deliver strategic insights.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architecture articulating business value.
- Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to implement solutions on time.
Key Qualifications & Competencies:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in technology, with a focus on public cloud platforms.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical concepts.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud implementation cycles.
- Experience with Open source, Cloud native, and Oracle technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
