As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and grow strategic public sector accounts within KSA. You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for these accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how the organization partners with leaders to reshape the industry. This position is based in Riyadh, KSA, with required travel to key customer sites.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships with strategic public sector accounts, fostering partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partner Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
- Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.
- Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Represent the organization at industry events and evangelize innovation across KSA public sector segments.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills; fluent in Arabic and English.
- Public sector account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS) is a plus.
- SaaS/Cloud sales experience.
