Working closely with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams, the Account Manager ensures customer satisfaction while expanding account value through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business and technology needs
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Manage contract renewals and ensure continued value realization for customers
ICT & Digital Solutions Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions
- Work with clients to align technology solutions with their business objectives and operational needs
- Collaborate with technical and presales teams to position integrated solutions across multiple service areas
Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Support pipeline development through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Contribute to account planning and growth strategies for assigned clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned with customer requirements and business outcomes
- Participate in client meetings, events, and engagements to strengthen relationships and generate opportunities
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and execution
- Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs
- Manage and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and opportunities within CRM systems

Requirements
- 8+ years of account management experience in ICT, cloud services, or technology-related industries.
- Experience managing Enterprise or enterprise customer accounts.
- Good understanding of ICT solutions including Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Cybersecurity, Data and analytics, and Digital transformation solutions.
- Proven ability to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience working with major ICT and cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, networking, and digital transformation best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
