The company is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services. With a presence in Saudi Arabia including Riyadh and Al Khobar, we specialize in helping clients navigate digital transformation through innovative solutions.

We are looking for a hybrid Senior Account Manager with expertise in managing Energy and Utilities clients to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves collaborating with engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision and drive the success of our accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor within the Energy and Utilities Sector, providing clients with insights on the latest technology trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology-focused transformation projects.
  • Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals, and build senior relationships to secure new business.
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establishing optimal operating models and team organization.
  • Stay informed on current trends and challenges in the KSA Energy and Utilities sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to maximize growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in account management or similar client-facing roles.
  • Deep expertise in Energy and Utilities clients in KSA.
  • Strong background in software engineering and digital consulting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client consulting engagements and drive digital transformation programs effectively.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Nature of Work and Working Hours:

The usual working hours for full-time roles at the company are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements, with flexibility offered whenever possible.
