What You Will Do
- Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes while serving as a trusted advisor to their technical teams.
- Act as the technical advisor to the Sales team, providing strategic input on all technical aspects of the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and mitigate technical blockers, understand requirements, and align the company's solutions with customer needs.
- Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
- Lead technical sales conversations, articulating how the company's portfolio meets both technical and organizational needs.
- Demonstrate the business impact of the company's technologies through technical demonstrations, discussions, and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical win for each opportunity by coordinating the right people, resources, and messaging to achieve customer acceptance.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, resolving issues and driving adoption.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for expansion and upsell, and address any gaps.
- Act as a voice of the customer within the company, providing actionable feedback on products, features, and services.
What You Will Bring
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture, consultative selling, and managing the full sales lifecycle (pre- and post-sales) with customers.
- Experienced in the company's product portfolio, with expertise in key technology domains such as hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience in customer success, technical account planning, or related roles focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong discovery, problem-solving, and analytical skills to uncover customer requirements and architect the right solutions.
