• Description: The Solution Consultant (Presales Engineer/Consultant) plays a crucial role in presenting Salesforce's product offerings to prospects and clients. They demonstrate how Salesforce solutions fit customers' IT landscape and solve business challenges.
• Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Create and deliver customized demos of Salesforce products to decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer technology as it relates to Salesforce solutions.
  • Respond effectively to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs to progress Salesforce in the bidding process.
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry-related background.
  • Salesforce Certifications (optional, but preferred).
