Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Monitor sales transactions from invoicing to collection and follow up on customer outstanding balances
- Perform customer, supplier, and bank account reconciliations
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations and physical inventory checks
- Process payroll and employee expenses, ensuring accurate financial records
- Monitor operating expenses and cost centers, supporting budgeting activities
- Prepare financial reports and VAT filings, ensuring compliance with Saudi accounting and tax regulations
Requirements
- Jordanian nationality, currently living in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or trading companies
- Proven experience handling the full accounting cycle independently
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, receivables management, payroll, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Saudi VAT regulations and local compliance requirements is highly preferred
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Arabic and English
