About the Role
In this role, the Support Integration Architect will engage with complex client relationships, requiring a high degree of influence to achieve targeted outcomes. The Architect will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies, proactively mitigating integration risks, and serving as the final point for escalations. This position provides integration and domain expertise to both internal and external customer project teams, while consulting cross-functionally with stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality regarding integration and stability.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex client relationships and influence to achieve targeted outcomes
- Develop and oversee domain, issue, and change control strategies
- Mitigate and resolve integration risks, serving as the escalation point
- Provide integration and domain expertise to project teams
- Consult with internal stakeholders to impact integration and stability solutions
- Develop and execute customer domain strategies
- Track and recommend standards to enhance domain health, safety, and usability of the company's products and services
- Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues and escalate as necessary
- Analyze performance issues and propose stability improvement strategies
- Collaborate to identify and evaluate code compatibility packages
- Contribute to internal team value and improvements
- Provide integration oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders
- Drive customer-specific solution configuration design and make recommendations
- Mitigate solution risks and issues
- Lead client meetings and events
- Drive internal team initiatives
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience working with multiple products/solutions and integrated solution modules
- Experience with Discern Rules, Operations Job, Olympus, Print Services, Clinical Reporting, and basic CCL – Creation and Maintenance (investigation and modification/configuration)
- Implementation/support work experience of at least 6+ years
- At least 6+ years of experience in healthcare information technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience working with the company's Health Millennium and a strong understanding of Cerner/the company's Health Millennium and integrations
- Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support and presence at client locations during incidents and activities
Expectations
- Willingness to work 100% from the customer site (Doha, Qatar)
- Availability to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures; understanding the personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and reporting any security compromises
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
