As a Senior Advisor, you will lead the onsite deployment and delivery of large-scale data center cabling programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project execution across complex AI and HPC environments. You will act as the primary cabling lead on customer sites, driving coordination between internal teams, partners, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead large-scale data center cabling deployments, overseeing planning, execution, partner coordination, and delivery across multiple installation phases and data halls.
- Review and validate cabling designs, deployment documentation, BoMs, network topologies, rack layouts, and installation methodologies in collaboration with engineering and program teams.
- Manage cabling partners, schedules, risks, budgets, change control processes, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones and quality objectives.
- Direct onsite installation activities, ensuring compliance with the company standards, industry best practices, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
- Drive testing, validation, customer handover activities, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing data center cabling deployments within AI/HPC, hyperscale, or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in fiber, copper, and InfiniBand cabling systems, including large-scale deployments supporting GPU clusters and high-density architectures.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners, concurrent workstreams, and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of structured cabling standards, installation best practices, data center quality processes, and site safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, risk management, and project planning skills, with willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
Desirable Requirements
- PMP, CNET Data Center certification (CDCDP, CNIDP, CDCMP), ECS card, or equivalent industry certification.
- Experience working with major cabling vendors and technologies within large-scale AI or hyperscale data center deployments.
