Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to address current and future hiring demands.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Middle East to facilitate seamless communication and recruitment delivery.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and organizational culture.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding processes in collaboration with the Mobilization team.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment activities within the ATS to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPIs.
- Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to align with business demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with the Middle East market and recruitment practices.
- Experience managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles within a consultancy environment, particularly in the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
- Previous experience focusing on high-volume recruitment.
