Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, deployment, and management of products (CBU, EBU, Jawwy, WBU) and digital platforms.
- Ensure fulfillment of business demand originating from Business Units at an acceptable level, coordinating with other Sectors and acting as the central demand management function, except for Network rollout and expansion.
- Participate in developing organizational strategy and contribute to management and corporate decision-making with the Executive Team.
- Direct and manage the Sector functions, providing leadership to achieve high performance standards.
- Implement the transition plan for the new organizational structure, ensuring the selection of the right people, technologies, and new processes.
- Champion and lead change in the Sector, providing guidance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in the Sector.
- Direct the development of an effective and cost-efficient Sector strategy and roadmap to support the company Sectors.
- Work collaboratively with other Sectors to maintain a cohesive business and platforms strategy.
- Manage sector risks and participate with the company Executive Management in overall risk management.
- Oversee budget allocation for the Sector and ensure operational governance over subsidiaries.
Years of Experience
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 - 4 years in a similar role.
Nature of Experience
Experience in AI development, data monetization, and partnership, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
