Senior AI Engineer - Agent AI

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer specialising in Agent AI to join our growing talented team for upcoming opportunities in the UAE. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions using modern agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions using Agentic AI frameworks
• Develop Python applications and integrate APIs
• Build and optimise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi-agent orchestration
• Deploy AI solutions using Azure cloud services
• Ensure production readiness including CI/CD, monitoring, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Deliver AI solutions from concept to production

Required Qualifications:

• Python development and API integration experience
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of RAG, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and evaluation frameworks
• Azure cloud experience (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, Storage, Entra ID)
• CI/CD, DevOps, observability, monitoring, security, and production deployment
• Ability to take AI solutions from concept to production
• Strong stakeholder management and business understanding
• 8+ years in Software/AI Engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on Agentic AI experience
• Technical leadership experience managing teams or engineering pods
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions
