About the Job:
The company, a leading crypto platform, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Growth Foundations Group. This role is centered on developing a cutting-edge AI-native growth engine that automates decision-making processes and creative generation. You will work directly with the AI Growth Infrastructure Lead and other specialists to build and optimize workflows that drive user growth across various channels, including paid growth, lifecycle messaging, and organic search.

Responsibilities:
- Develop agent orchestration workflows to automate decisions and executions in growth initiatives.
- Create integrations between AI systems, growth execution platforms, and analytics tools.
- Establish shared agent infrastructure components and ensure robust monitoring and audit logging.
- Automate the creative and content generation process to streamline marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in building automation workflows or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and experience with LLM APIs.
- Ability to build workflows from specifications with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge of growth or marketing strategies is essential.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with event tracking infrastructure and data warehouse query patterns.
- Background in high-growth fintech or technology environments.
