Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Build and integrate applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Lead AI and digital projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Manage and evaluate technology vendors and system integrators, from RFP and technical evaluation through implementation and delivery.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and performance.
- Support AI solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production within an enterprise environment, beyond proof-of-concept projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise with the Microsoft AI stack, including:
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure OpenAI
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven project management and delivery experience, with the ability to lead AI/digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience managing technology vendors and system integrators, including RFP, evaluation, negotiation, implementation, and delivery.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, pensions, insurance, or government is highly desirable.
