Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customers: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, identify impactful use cases, and define technical requirements for AI solutions.
- Build & Deploy AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using the company's platform and open-source tools, including:
- Developing agents and deploying agents on the company using frameworks such as Langgraph and CrewAI.
- Building custom GenAI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Developing classic machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
- Serve as a Technical Expert: Guide customers on best practices for MLOps, model governance, and scaling AI initiatives.
- Deliver Value: Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and contribute to business objectives.
- Communicate & Collaborate: Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end agentic AI lifecycle.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications, including REST APIs and containerization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years in AI application development, machine learning engineering, or a similar role with a track record of deploying AI solutions.
- Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
- Familiarity with the company's AI Platform is a plus.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and tools.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
