Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join an innovative AI team. In this role, you'll work directly with operational teams across ports, logistics, trade, and economic zones to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and operational teams to solve complex problems using AI.
• Design and deploy production-ready LLM and Agentic AI applications.
• Build AI accelerators, reusable components, and internal frameworks.
• Establish MLOps/AIOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, and model governance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and drive AI initiatives from concept to production.
• Optimize AI systems for quality, performance, security, scalability, and cost.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on AI delivery.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience building production LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation, prompt engineering, and production optimization.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate operational challenges into AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
