Responsibilities:
- Partner with client innovation teams, digital units, and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs.
- Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs, and scalable rollouts across public and private sector organizations.
- Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail, and government.
- Collaborate with global engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure robust, compliant, and impactful delivery.
- Ensure data privacy, localization, and ethical AI practices are integrated into product design and implementation.
- Guide clients through AI adoption maturity—from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Energy, ideally with upstream oil development process knowledge (geomodelling).
- Practical working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases) and the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Strong client consulting skills to effectively communicate AI value to business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud, or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy).
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data, and engineering.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Arabic language skills (not required, but a plus).
