Senior AI Project Manager & AI Consultant

The Senior AI Project Manager & AI Consultant will lead AI and advanced analytics projects, ensuring they are executed effectively through integrated management and technical alignment. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. The position provides a potential pathway for high performers to advance into leadership roles within the AI division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, user experience, AI, marketing, technical infrastructure) for seamless project integration.
• Provide technical consultancy on AI technologies, including understanding AI models and algorithms, data governance, system architecture, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate AI-based knowledge discovery platforms and analytics systems to ensure output quality.
• Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including government-related documentation as required.
• Support adoption and go-to-market strategies, aligning AI capabilities with user journey mapping and business needs.
• Manage project risks and implement quality assurance processes to enable sustainable post-project operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology or AI project management.
• Experience managing multiple technology and AI projects from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and control project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience working with government entities or on strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Senior-level professional with potential to lead the AI division in the future.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business and regulatory context.
